Drawing vs Doing

We draw draft designs and sometimes when we make it, we deviate a little (form, color, economics – cost, function) for the betterment of the furniture. So the final make may differ with planned furniture. But sometimes, the finished furniture is exactly the same as we drew it. See samples below.

Around this time all of us are busy making (and checking it twice) our own little list of gifts-to-buy for our loved ones. Today is your lucky day, I’ll help you out and give one quickie gift buying guide here inside Leoque online furniture store, so you can save, so you can make people happy.

• Lights and colors really go hand in hand during Christmas. It’s never too late to grab these capiz flower candle holder.

• Coasters are handy and affordable giveaways, you have to buy some sets.
• Bold red vase set. Red: ahhhh the color of happy Christmas.
• Your shopping budget is tight? And you can’t give high value necklaces, jewelries and stuff? Go to the next move, just buy em jewelry boxes! :-)

MEDIUM SIZED HOME ITEMS

• This Christmas, add colors & shapes to a rather bland wall. Try these pop wall displays.

• Christmas is a season of giving, a season for LOVE. Give your love the LOVE. I’m referring to this L.O.V.E. bookshelves.

Furniture Design (Divider, Shelves, Mirror, Dining Table, Console Table)

Zirc-Zag Space Divider - Featuring two bold looking red solid posts, anchoring the zig-zag panels with holes. Used to be, you’ll see a furniture of this make only in high-end furniture stores and homes. Now, no more. It will be made and priced mid-range but undoubtedly, a furniture with high-end look.

Bath Shelves - With off-angled wood framing, holding the thick glass layers.

POSH Rounded Mirror, with inner framing. I don’t know but I feel a sense of good luck vibe in this design. Get this limited make mirror soon and get the good luck charm I feel. Let me mention too, that we use imported high quality no-ghosting mirror.

4-Seater mega-solid dining table. Highlighted by 2 circular holes at the cross solid base. Now that’s a dining room table: clean, graphic and modern.

The YCON Console Table – With it’s two-toned design and architectural edge, this furniture is pretty to look at. It’s wide and double layered too for more storage & display options.

Furniture Design

Last sat, while ondoy is unleashing its fury, stuck inside the office and not much to do, I tried using Google's Sketch Up. First 3 draft/designs I made are posted above. Considering the software is free (and the one I'm using is outdated, version 6), it's pretty powerful and I think can be used extensively by a lot of people.
