Zara Shoes
Did not buy this pair. Given to me last Christmas.
This is my Saturday pair. Today is Sat, so I am wearing the Zara shoes now. It replaces the Crocs Corduroy shoes as my Sabado Shoes. Coz I have been using the crocs like a tsinelas so its no good for jeans & pants now, wherein, I am stepping on the back portion of the shoe. The Crocs I also received last year’s holidays.
Sana may Zara khakis too! Hehe.
Let me test my sales copy skill (or lack there of). I’ll try to describe this Zara sneakers.
It has a rubber-like material for the outsole. Bundled with matching silver-gray shoe laces that perfectly go through the shoes’ eyelet. It has white rubbery welt like that of Chuck Taylors. Soft removable insoles are also bundled. The whole shoe (including the tongue), sewn in fabric, with x-patters sewing.
Dunno why I described it in detail. I just want to. The reference… check the shoe anatomy here.

I don't buy guess jeans!
I don’t buy Guess Jeans!
Reason… every so often (like Bday and Christmas) I am receiving jeans as gift. And so, even before some pairs turn to longganisang maong, new pairs come up. Then, the old pairs, I give em all to my relatives (about 5 to 6 dudes) during the summers andChristmas season.
Thanks to my sponsors, you know who you are. Mucho gracias. Keep em coming.

Shoe-SB Thumb Drive

This is a late Christmas gift from our supplier. It was 1 and half months late but still, very much welcome. Thumb drives with shoe-like body/casing. A pair of 2GB USB thumb drive.

BTW, our supplier doesn't know but we also supply this type of devices, we import these stuff directly. Christmas would have been merrier, better if they bought the Christmas giveaways from us, then later, they give us the item they bought from us. =)

On bashing Havaianas and getting one

My wife really wanted to buy me a pair but I am not really buying it, so to speak. I feel like if everybody has a pair, it's not cool to wear one now. Everywhere I go, havaianas all over. Like, it's the official footwear of the middleclass and above. Just to stop the push, I just offered, it’s her who needed one and that I’ll just give her a havaianas pair instead. It's here. What a way to counter the offer.
What I really wanted this xmas is a pair of orig classic ray-bans, the very big lenses. My wife says she's willing to do a 50/50 on me for the Ray Bans. But the price range of 6k to 10k is too much right now. Other bills to pay at this point. I just went home with the Sprinto sunglasses. It's around 1900. Got it sale at around 950.00, with 2 free extra lenses and 2 free mini eyewear for the kids (later given as gifts).
Good Lord, I spent half day of the 23rd bashing Havaianas (with praises to Crocs to boot) and repeating countless times that I don't need one and I don't want one. Then, on the 24th day of Christmas, my modah gave to me, a pair in a pear tree.
I am wearing it now at home, and I'll go back to mall wearing this, and I'll buy another one again for my wife coz the high heeled one she has is a pain in the foot.
