Activities can now be measured through a new metric called NikeFuel: the more active you are, the more NikeFuel you earn.

NIKE, Inc. President & CEO Mark Parker unveiled NIKE+ FuelBand at an event in New York attended by seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong, Oklahoma City scoring champion and all-star Kevin Durant and 2011 IAAF women’s 100-meter World Champion Carmelita Jeter.

“The NIKE+ FuelBand is a way for Nike to further evolve the exciting possibilities of merging the physical and digital worlds,” said Parker. “Nike has always been about inspiring athletes, and the NIKE+ FuelBand will help motivate them in a simple, fun and intuitive way.”

Designed to be worn throughout the day, the ergonomic, user-friendly NIKE+ FuelBand uses accelerometry to provide information about different activities through movement of the wrist via a LED dot matrix display. Four metrics are available: Time, Calories, Steps and NikeFuel. Unlike calorie counts, which vary based on someone’s gender and body type, NikeFuel is a normalized score that awards equal points for the same activity regardless of physical makeup.

Users set a daily goal of how active they want to be, and how much NikeFuel they want to achieve. The NIKE+ FuelBand displays a series of 20 LED lights that go from red-to-green as the user gets closer to their goal. Blood & Sand is bold & beautiful. To me, one of the best TV shows ever. If not best.It can stand with other series I love like The Sopranos and Band of Brothers.

Would love to have Andy back but heavens had other plans for him. Hope this new Spartacus lead star delivers and be a "victor" too.

House Afloat

This photo is sad. But amazing at the same time. Days after the quake, photographed, it is floating in the pacific ocean after the Japan earthquake and tsunami.

There have got to be something in the house build that made it float (I am assuming it sank eventually). The walls gotta be sealed tight allowing very little water to sip in. The flooring too might be left unscathed and is intact. Or maybe the bottom part is gone, the air inside the house makes it float (Japanese houses are bulit light, right?). Like I said, it's amazing and sad. Anyhow, hoping the owner of the house is not there and is alive and safe.

Smart Gilas, First Look

Saw the whole game last night (parang proud pa ko na nakakabuo ako ng game now ah), Smart - Gilas versus its kapatid-sa-labas team Talk N Text. Smart-Gilas started well, then the boys started "playing" the game, some bad shots here and there, and walah TnT took control mid game. In the end though, Smart-Gilas escaped with a 103 - 98 win. Best player of the game is Douthit.

Speaking of...

Some things that surprised me last night...

1. Marcus Douthit played 43 minutes. That's too much for a bulky seven footer guy. Coach Toroman gotta rest Douthit. No way a big 7 footer can sustain anchoring defense and giving offense for almost the whole game. Note that, Smart Gilas play fast-paced basketball. Even the greatest conditioned athletes in the NBA need rest. Human, mind, muscles, lungs got limits. To maximize his strengths, he needs to play un-winded. I kinda expected him to totally fade come end of fourth. To his credit, he did not totally fade but it was obvious he tired just a little at bottom of the fourth, resulting in turnovers. He had a poor shooting night 'swell. Resting him or managing his minutes is not a bad idea. I'll text the Toro-man about this. But overall he is really an asset to Philippines basketball, got heft, height, game and attitude. Good attitude, that is. If PNoy can only sign the docs!
2. Chris Tiu has some speed in him. I do not follow UAAP, and Smart Gilas has been under-exposed in terms of TV games so I did not see much of Chris Tiu's killer shooting (2 of 3 from three line last night), killer speed and killer smile. I have two probable reasons why or how he runs or go with the ball so fast. It's either he is truly motivated to deliver for Smart Gilas OR, as I tweeted... "Mabilis din pala si Chris Tiu, siguro ini-imagine nya hinahabol sya ni Love Añover!"
3. That they can shoot the threes with such high percentage against a motivated and "challenged" TnT defense. The quick ball movement, the confidence they have playing in the system and players shooting range of course are reasons why they shot 40% on threes. It could have been higher if not for some "forced" shots they took in the middle quarters. Let's monitor how they'll shoot threes the rest of the elimination.
4. Special mention, Tweeted... "I like Lassiter. Quick, Shoots, Sharp. I am giving him "The Laser" as moniker. I'll submit this proposal to my dean for approval, Dean Quinito Henson of School of Moniker Giving." Remember folks, Dean Quinito is the guy who gave Jason Castro, "The Maestro" nic. Lassiter can play. He's aggressive on defense and packs some offense too. Without his play,16 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, I dont think Smart Gilas team wins.

The Mamba

Woah, Nike people sent this package last week. I thought it's Nike Kobe Zoom 6 Grinch ed they're giving, so I opened the thing so effin fast without reading the BIG BOLD, CAUTION: MAMBA! And then it happened, excitedly opening it, and daim, i saw the snake head and I almost threw the package and peed in my pants! Turns out, it aint a shoe but snake (mamba) figure inside an acrylic case. The head has a gig USB memory. A pair would have been awesome but this thing is pretty neat too. I think I'll keep this one. Thanks Nike!

On PBA Trades

In the end, SMB got the players they wanted. Rabeh Al-Hussaini, Baclao & Guevarra.

Initially, SMB planned to send Joseph Yeo, Mick Pennisi & Danny Seigle but Commissioner Salud shut it down. Final one man judgment: awfully lopsided.

But lo and behold, San Miguel Beer did not waste time and retooled the offer for another judgment day.

The repackaged deal includes long time San Miguel heroes - or this is a strong word - San Miguel legends, Dondon Hontiveros & Danny Seigle (Danny again, like he is the first guy they want to get rid off). Plus Dorian Pena, crowd favorite Paul Artadi and lord knows what else are in the SMB package.

In return, San Miguel gets young bigs Hussaini, Baclao and Guevarra. Final judgment, "an improvement" from the last 3-on-3 swap proposal. By changing draft picks, Mick & Yeo to Dondon, Artadi & Pena, suddenly it isn't a one sided deal anymore. And so the trade was approved.

San Miguel Beer, walang pinagsamahan.

Now, I really don't know what powers and authority the commissioner has, but for the sake of the commissioner himself and PBA as a whole, trades must not be decided by judgment of one man alone. It just can not be, borrow one from Stern.

What I mean is, look at Stern. In the NBA, Stern does not act as Lord of the Trades. NBA trade policies are set to get fair trades. Of course, there will be lopsided trade once in a while, there are no bullet-proof policies. But I can't remember a trade where Stern had the lone vote, this trade is a go, this trade is no go.

One with too much power is well, too much.

Easier said than done, but the commissioner and all of PBA must have clearer trading rules & regulations. And then, religiously implement these. The PBA will then be a better league, or a league with MORE integrity. They should factor in, players' age, number of years in the league, players' salary & salary cap, trading deadline, franchise player tags, and so on. They're all pro and good men, why not sit down and do this.

The next time another trade offer pops up, I dread the scenario when again, one man will judge the swap if it's deal or no deal.

Jawo Moments

One of the first Jawo greeters. Here are some things I remember about Robert Jaworski's legendary play and career. This gonna be quick, rapid-fire (homage to Ric Bucher) list of what moments pop in my mind when I close my eyes and remember Mr. PBA, Robert Jaworski.

1. Competitive that he is, I remember that Allan Caidic "Slit-The-Throat" gesture.
2. Many times, sprawled on the floor, he'll do push-ups. One-time, he did it with one hand, left hand, then right hand.
3. I think Shell leading a series and needing one game to win the finals, they got balloons and confetti ready. But when Ginebra was about to win the game, Jaworski started mocking Shell and the Shell fans by looking up, he began holding his neck (he may be the first in the Philippine to use that choker gesture) and scratching & shaking his head. Classic.
4. Close hard-fought game vs a Bernard Fabiosa team, Fabiosa injured his shoulder (I think it's the injury that ended his Benie's career). Jaworski, on TV, doing his "nips & board" coaching, he said... "WALA NA YANG SI FABIOSA!"
5. He gave Jolas a baseline hit. I will no longer elaborate in detail, i don't want Rafe Boog's Kuya Jolas to be pissed again. (Notice that during Jojo Lastimosa's Alaska jersey retirement, he did not mention Jaworski but mentioned all others PBA legends like Ramon Fernandez, Franciz Arnaiz, Freddie Hubalde, et al.
6. The winning pass and shot of Robert Jaworski and Ramon Fernandez during the 1989 all-star game and the cool handshake between them.
7. The Crispa vs Toyota reunion game, Ramon Fernandez time to pass back to Jaworski. Jaworski Three Points!
8. When Jaworski visited a dying lolo's wish to see him before he passed.
9. 1997, after winning a championship, Robert Jaworski gathered his boys in the middle court to pray and then later, thanked the fans.
10. The times he sat, talked to fans and signed autographs, million times. That's the record that will not be broken ever by a PBA player.

Used to be, the commercials or info ads were running all day, all night unless attended to by a supermarket stuff. A waste of electricity and LCD screen/dvd player life. Now, they are using ~~what could be~~ an infrared sensor that detects movements/shoppers, it only plays when there is actually one soul to view the ad. The IR sensor is cheap, the money saved from electricity savings will cover the IR sensor many time over. The only question is, why only now?

Dunno if it's true, that Paquito Diaz said, without him, there will be no FPJ. Hmmmm, FPJ got acting skills, superb film maker, got the looks and physique, knows what the masa wants, he got action skills (guns, box, swords, etc.), chicks magnet, those traits, more likely, ticket to movie action super duper star.

Having said that, we still have to say that indeed, Paquito Diaz, a legend in his own right, added to the legend of FPJ. Case in point, the video above, great scene by FPJ helped by acting & antics, only Paquito can deliver.

RIP to both guys. Every now and then, I long for new FPJ films. With Paquito of course.

Ahhh, we need not worry for now. This is more of an art project rather than a mean killing machine. But if looks could kill, this one is a beast. Weighing 5,000 kg and measures 4.5m×3.2m×2.5m, this spikey metalwork is said to be built entirely of scrap steel.

Ok so at least for now, head to head in the battlefield, Philippines' Zimba tank will kick the hell out of this Megatron tank.

But they figure out a cooler way to be not on the red. That is, sell cool Wikileaks merchandise like t-shirts, bags, etc. One design I love, is the typo-assange t-shirt design. But more importantly, get better people to run their affairs after getting the big D. Today is EDSA Day. Not celebrating it though this year. Disappointed before 86, disappointed in 92, in 98, 2004, in 2010. Nothing to celebrate. These guys aint helping us a bit.

You know what's real People Power now. Do your best for yourself, family and country, do everything with God. Employ people, be productive, pay your tax, help those who are need, serve community, teach the young, let them lead the way (joke), empower people. Forget EDSA!

If you follow our my tweets (like my over 5000 followers do), you know I picked Stephen Curry to win the skills challenge, James Jones to win the 3-point shooting contest and DeMar DeRozan to win the slamdunk challenge. All my picks won. Ok not all. But there are whispers that go along this line of thought…

From ESPN writer… In truth, McGee should have been facing DeMar DeRozan in the final instead of Griffin, but the hometown Los Angeles crowd swayed the judges heavily in Griffin’s favor.

If you saw the Minority Report docs, it’s there. Precog Agatha saw this, she was shaking and finally gave… “Blake Griffin will win the 2011 slam dunk compete.” We were all programmed that Blake will win the Slam Dunk by virtue of his amazing in-season dunks. And of course, because of Agathas pick!

And I tweeted…

“kahit na aliens ang kalaban ni blake, blake wins. judges and fans were already programed ftw coz of blakes spectacular in-game reel.”

“remember the aliens in the space jam, versus blake griffin in this slam dunk, blake griffin still wins”

You saw the whole thing, Ibaka, DeMar and Javale McGee gave a good show. McGee did a difficult two balls, two rings dunk. If you think it’s easy, try circling your right index finger and make a triangle off your left index finger. That McGee dunk required hand muscle mind body coordination.

And, Ibaka made the boy happy by retrieving a teddy bear off the ring. Tweeted, “that kid with the teddybear, he’s hilarious and cute at the same time. Ibaka should get 50pts for the boy’s acting.”

Meanwhile, DeMar actually dunked from the free throw line, the LINE. He’s the only NBA player who jump off the free throw line, again the LINE. MJ did not. Dr. J did not. Barry did not.

Griffin’s dunk over the car is not even that, it’s a jump over the hood. Not the car. Check youtube, a Euro guy flew over the whole damn car. But still, have no problem win Blake winning, to me, he deserves the trophy coz of his regular season dunks and the presentation (choir and car) he pulled.

And a BIG by the way here, that 2 minute time allotted for a dunk is a stupid rule. I mean, after 8 tries, we’re no longer appreciating the awesome dunk, we’re almost feeling a sigh of relief. Look, do a 3 tries rule, if he efffin can not do it in 3 tries, he cant do it. Ok Stern? Let’s abolish that 2 minute NATE ROBINSON rule. Or else, we’ll protest. Protesting is “in” now.

On three.. I picked James Jones coz I know he’s more of a set shooter, not a jump shooter (a la Ray Allen). And this guy knows only one thing, shoot threes (He said it so, 95% of his shots are 3s). Again, if you’ll bet next year who wins, go for the set shooter (Kapono, Bird). Not jump shooters like Ray Allen or Steve Nash or Kevin Durant. On KD awful 6 point performance… I’m surprised he tired out and his stroke is diff, from his game shot to his contest shot. If there are in-game dunkers, I guess there are in-game three point shooters. KD is an in-game three point shooter.

My Wish Event

Though this years All Star happening is a hit TV ratings wise, buzz-wise, I say there’s still room for improvement, or there is still room for one event, I’d like to see one-on-one hoops. Kobe vs Lebron, LeBron vs Blake, Durant vs Melo, Durant vs LeBron, Shaq vs Howard, Amare vs Horford, Beyonce vs Rihanna booty-showdown @ halftime of every game… who says no??!!

Kobe Bryant MVP

What the heck do you want? The guy played hard end to end, he played defense. Ok, there are ballhogin moments but Amare is right, Kobe is Kobe.

He played the game so dutifully that if Kate Winslet was there, she’ll blurt, so serious!

Kobe scored 37 points on 14 of 26 FGs, 14 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals in just 29 minutes. And his team won. How is he not the MVP? How the heck KD becomes the MVP, he shot just same FG%, and lower stat across the board. Haters, calm down.

If you’ll say LeBron (finishing with 29 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists ) is the MVP though his team lost, that argument has a lot of air and is quite acceptable. BTW, LeBron made a mistake by passing up an open three, gave the ball to Bosh for a three. Bad “DECISION” again? The KD over Kobe argument is a fart. Pfffffffffffffft!

Wow, this is a welcome news, PBA Games Live Stream now available via Philippine Star.

The PBA and Philippines Star struck a deal that will allow PBA online fans to watch Philippine Basketball Association games live, via online stream, and for free. This means Filipinos and fans around the world, and in the Philippines of course, and those who are still in the office or on the road during games (assuming you have mobile net connection), will all be able to watch live PBA games. This is thru Philippine Star live stream.

Will no longer google “PBA live streaming” every now and then. And I guess, I’ll put off my plan of buying a USB Laptop TV tuner.

Will try this PBA live streaming first.

As per report, the actual PBA live streaming feed starts with the double-header between the Talk N Text Tropang Texters and guest team Smart Gilas, and the Air21 Express and San Miguel Beermen this coming February 25. Whattaday to launch, FREE online PBA games on freedom day!

Yes, PBA will still use Solar & Studio 23 broadcasts so we’ll get to hear Sev Sarmenta still. It is still not clear though if the stream will feed the TV commercials that are aired on free over the air TV. Or, Star Group will have exclusive rights as to what ads they’ll show during timeouts, halftime and quarter breaks. I care about that aspect!

And unknown still what are the requirements needed by the end-watcher. Like, what minimum internet connection speed is needed, what’s the best browser to use, what plugin is needed, etc.

We’ll find out later.

Camera versus pencil creative project

I did a quick read, and if I got right, illustrator and photographer Ben Heine is saying the work flow is draw first, then photo and some edits. And I quote... "I drew the sketches, took the photos, edited them..." That's just makes this creative project all the more special and harder to do.

How did he come up with this?

I’ve been taking photos and drawing since almost 10 years. This « Pencil Vs Camera » series is nothing but the result of several years of graphic exploration and a logic consequence of my artistic evolution. But the real idea came while I was watching television and writing a letter at the same time a few weeks ago. Reading my letter before putting it in the envelope, I saw in transparency the television behind the paper. I then realize it would be great to make something similar in a single image showing 2 different actions.

Anyway, photo first, drawing second or drawing first, photo second, it really does not matter. Check out the full set here.

VHS Table

Everybody has old VHS tapes right? I do. And slowly by slowly, the tapes inside accumulate white particle which is obviously not good. Not to mention that we already store our VHS player inside the baul for it to be an antique appliance come 2035. For those who have un-playable VHS tapes and want to find good use for it, check out this VHS player center table…

The VHS tapes were coated white, stacked with pattern and used as the base-stand for the coffee table. It would have been better if the black tapes were incorporated in the coffee table, like use ‘em on the table top, laminate them with a resin or simply put on top of a white table top then a glass top to finish the deal.

And so for those who have un-usable VHS collection, this is an option. Or again, store the VHS tape – Video Cassette and wait til 2035 and then put them on eBay.

Team owners are currently meeting now (Tuesday), dunno if this is on the agenda but this is surely worth studying. But a screening committee should be put up to carefully select capable and committed would be franchises. We do not want another Barako Bulls scenario. In the past, I am not really in favor of expansion that is why I am surprised with the overwhelming YES votes. Expansion dilutes talent. I am for super teams, loaded with superstars and stars grinding it out playdate after playdate. But then again, if the PBA can find or even groom more stars, align the stars (meaning a balanced distribution of stars), get first class imports, awesome marketing campaign (remember the 99 rookies vs veterans video plug), why not. More teams, more fans, more jobs, more fun. I guess done well, done right time, expansion is a win-win scenario.

I got 6 photo upload of the Nike Kobe Zoom 6 shoes I bought last night at Nike Store Mall of Asia. I got no story to share.

My wife was to buy me Zara polo shirts again (what's with the polo shirt people in my life want me to wear polo shirts!) or perfume. I said wait up, wait up, wait up. Here's what we can do. Since my FILA shoes retired last week, I needed a replacement and so rubber shoes it was. We went there to buy a fairly good, fairly priced basketball shoes (maybe around 4000 pesos) but I can't find a comfy kickass shoes that is both good basketball and a walk-around "shorts" shoes.

And so, I knew I needed to up some bucks to take home a no-sisi shoes. And I did.

Otions were Kobe Zoom Shoes; non-player-endorsed Nike shoes worth P4000; beautiful Lebron shoes, gray/silver colorway (P7500) and another Lebron shoes priced P5500; LeBron shoes, sames as Bron, are a bit bulky and heavy looking. And so I ended up with this Nike Kobe Zoom VI. Price is P7000.

#Have not tried this on court, so for now, you can google the review of Kobe Zoom. The only thing I can say now is, this shoe MOLDS TO MY FOOT.

Shanghai Then, Shanghai Now

Look at the transformation of Shanghai. In just 20 years, the cityscape is completely new (ok the shots are different time, but still). It's because they are building infrastructure & buildings at a super fast rate (maybe even faster than Dubai).

In China, the government can easily wipe out villages, demolish historical buildings (see Three Gorges Dam) and what-not to give way to modern China. If you'll check out Nat Geo & Discovery Channel "building" shows, China is always a feature, building the biggest, the tallest and widest structures in the world.

In the Philippines, endless hearings, court orders, settlements, evictions & relocations are needed before a project pushes through. Which is the right thing to do of course but somehow it slows down growth. Sometimes, we need to act fast, think fast and think right for us to be at par with the neighbors (Kuala Lumpur, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore to name a few). I was able to find pic of downtown City of Manila circa 1990 and a photo taken last year but I rather not post. I don't want you to be sad.

PBA Team Owners’ Meeting, Minutes of the Meeting

PBA Commissioner Chito Salud confirmed that there will be a meeting of team owners on Jan. 25 at the Club Filipino in San Juan. Likely to be there are San Miguel Corps. President Ramon Ang, Manny V. Pangilinan of Talk N’ Text and Meralco, Rain or Shine’s Terry Que and Raymund Yu, George Chua of Barako Bull, Bert Lina of Air21, JB Baylon of Powerade and Fred Uytengsu of Alaska.

Like I did in the past, I have the ability to see as to what could possibly be the things to be said. Here’s the advanced minutes of meeting.

Commissioner Salud: Ok let’s get this thing going. Who wants to open the floor?

Ramon Ang: Since I own the most teams and I have the most championships, let me welcome you all for coming here. Let get this out of the way though, SMC is expanding its business interests, from petroleum to shawarma stalls, any of you guys want to sell your company to us?

All: (Laughing)

But to do this, we need real commitment from us owners and continuity. We will not be able to this if we continue to change our commissioner every 2 years and and PBA chairman, every year. A stable leadership will result in better PBA financial condition. And, long-termed commissioner & chairman of 3 years is needed, enough for them to lead the way into building a coliseum in a three year span. Ok?

JB Baylon: Nobody? Ok, with no 200 million pesos, no hectare land, no host city that can give us good tax relief, I guess we should move on to the next agenda.

Commissioner Salud: Ok, so that’s it. Let’s wait for SBP’s Noli Eala report and act on this. But may I suggest, if the SBP will also do bunot-bunot system from PBA teams, and pick 4 to 5 players from PBA, what is the sense of having a developmental team? Why not for one last time, let’s try forming a PBA national, super team and after that, if really nothing happens, let’s go back to SBP’s plan. Besides, I’d like to see Chris Tiu in the PBA, I am really intrigued as to what he can do in the PBA, playing full-time. (Have you seen Tiu’s Milo commercial? This guy is a power dunker!)

You can only coach a team (or sister teams for Jong Uichico's case) for a number of years and then players will begin not to respond anymore. And worse, players will tune you out. In the NBA, coaching tune-out is a recurring cycle.

For Jong, he's lucky, players know Jong got SMC's backing so they are not tuning him out but the response Jong is getting from players? Not much. Even the huddles are chaotic.

Even Phil Jackson knows it. He won. He took a break. He joined. He quit. He re-joined. He's thinking out soon.

That's why coach like Tim Cone (or Jerry Sloan) is one in a hundred type of coach. Tim Cone is Mr. Fred Uytengsus's friend and more importantly, a really really very good coach. Only a foolish Alaska player will dare to step up in front of Tim Cone.

Which brings me to my point. I love Jong Uichico but I think it is time for another Ginebra coach. He has got a good run with both SMB and Ginebra. For his health sake too, he can take a break, rest up, recharge. Or, I wish that he be promoted under the SMC umbrella. Maybe head the sports programs of SMC, head of SMC basketball operations, or be a manager instead, I dunno.

Siot Tanq, Allan Caidic and the whole SMC coaching brigade are all good replacements but I see one guy who needs to coach Ginebra for one last time. Before the Caguioa - Helterbrand era is over (or before my love for PBA eventually fades). Who? Ang Bida sa Hardcourt...

Jaworski! Jaworski! Jaworski!

Clearly, me konting buhay pa ang Ginebra spirit. For the young fans, they's say Jaworski who? But kids, let me tell you, there is no Ginebra 2011, even maybe no PBA 2011 without Robert Jaworski. It's just fitting for Jaworski to try weaving his magic for one last hurrah before some of the better players in this Ginebra version fade.

Jaworski is not exactly getting a rag tag team. He'll get a capable, competitive and a fighting team. I mentioned some of the players that can play for Jaworski with no problem.

Menk, without late night bar hopping, still has 1 to 2 years in the tank

Try to hear people shouting Jaworski!, Jaworski!, Jaworski!... or hear this, reperi, b*b*! reperi, b*b*! reperi, b*b*!... or Jaworski getting T'd up, then goes to the referee and says, ISA PA ISA PA! I think SMC and Jawo patched things up, he is an endorser now for Ginebra again. The next step is for him to go back coaching Ginebra. I am advising Jawo to check my JAWORSKI - PERSONNEL CHECK LIST, some guys might be available and be of help. If the Jawo for Ginebra buzz picks up, I'll make an new personnel check list for Jawo. Like, Manny Pacquiao as back-up point guard... Vince Hizon as co-team manager with Dodot... and more.

Starbucks' Trenta Cup = 30 hours awake

Who's out there to consume almost a liter of coffee? Maybe there are. Coz Starbucks will roll this "trenta" cup in May.

I did not do further reasearch as to why it is called "trenta" but my bet is, after gulping 916 ml of coffee, I think the drinker will be awake for 30 straight hours, as in, trenta horas derecho.

Nice Shoes, Nice Pack

Society27 , a group of young designers, got this new shoes calles "shoe model no.1" a la Chuck Taylor Converse.

The logo is cool and shoe itself got a nice color contrast going, looks comfy too.

But even worth looking at is the packaging. It's a wooden plywood box, natural look, with the logo & product details printed on it. But me thinks, if you buy the shoes, you actually paid a dollar or something for the wood packaging.

Weather is cold

I live on the 5th floor, do office ground level and I go to the south in the weekends and wherever I go, these past few days, we got a cold weather. Everywhere and every time. Plus rains visit us once in a while, that lowers the temp even more. The aircon is happy, my Meralco billings (home & office) will make smile too.
